The name alludes to the fact that the dishes are produced with the freshest seasonal British ingredients, but made following traditional Italian recipes. The result is a combination of surprising dishes, full of flavour and sure to satisfy all kinds of palates. The décor is inspired by northern Italy of the 50s: dark parquet floors, wooden tables and green and bright red leather chairs.
