Visiting this museum is an entertaining way to show children how communication worked in decades past. The star attraction at this museum is the Mail Rail Ride, a journey through the underground tunnels that were used between 1920 and 2003 to distribute millions of letters and packages to Post Office sorting centres. During the journey, videos are projected onto the walls explaining the history and use of this former distribution network. In the upper section of the museum, there are exhibitions and interactive activities, where you can decode telegrams or design stamps.
