Tivoli
Tivoli

Opened in 1843, it is the second oldest amusement park in the world. Unlike most amusement parks elsewhere, which are usually located on the city’s outskirts, Tivoli is located right in the centre of Copenhagen, next to the city hall square and the main train station. And although it is an amusement park, Tivoli is not exclusively for roller coaster fans, as it also features large gardens with benches, fountains and various shows, making it an ideal setting for a unique stroll, especially at dusk when the whole enclosure is lit up with hundreds of lights and colourful lamps.
